ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Benjamin H. Jarrell was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2007, after graduating from Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. Prior to graduation he clerked with the Alabama Office of the Attorney General, the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, and with a successful New Orleans environmental litigation firm. After being admitted to the bar, he worked for a prominent Birmingham law firm dealing with multi-district litigation, before moving to Huntsville in 2008 to start his own practice serving all of north Alabama.
Since relocating to Huntsville, his practice has steadily grown with a focus on providing comprehensive, effective, and state-of-the-art strategies to assist clients with their need for wealth preservation and estate, tax, and charitable planning. He believes that smart planning allows clients to protect and strengthen their civil rights.
He also practices in the areas of corporate and small business law, commercial transactions, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and software licensing issues, and government contracts.
When he isn’t helping clients, Mr. Jarrell volunteers on the board of directors of TEDx Huntsville. He is a member of Huntsville-Madison County Leadership Connect Class 15. He is an amateur musician and an athlete at CrossFit Huntsville. He is a resident of Huntsville and is married to Amy Jarrell.
